Right on the Doorstep – The Schladming “Hausberg”, the Planai<\/h2>\n

How convenient! The TUI BLUE Schladming even has private tunnel access to the valley station for the Planai cable car. The cable car takes you directly to the Planai’s summit. The Planai is the “Hausberg” (home mountain) of Schladming, and the centre of the 4-mountain ski area. Several alpine skiing world champions have already raced down the slopes here. The highlight for the experienced slope-shredders among you is clearly the 4.6-kilometre-long FIS descent from the summit to the valley. Even for the casual skiers among you, the Schladming ski area has a lot to offer. A total of 123 kilometres of slopes, 98 cable cars, and guaranteed snow through state-of-the-art snow-making facilities await beginners, advanced skiers, professionals, and children.

As I already mentioned, the skiing region Schladming-Dachstein is also part of Ski amad\u00e9, Austria’s largest ski area. This means that it’s connected to the Salzburg Sportwelt, Gastein, Hochk\u00f6nig, and the Grossarl Valley. But what does this mean for you? A whole lot! Because that gives you five times the skiing fun with the Skipass amad\u00e9. The range of ski slopes in the Alps that you can fly down can therefore be much wider. Whether you’re a beginning, advanced, or professional skier: you’ll find your favourite slope.<\/p>\n

Are you more of a cross-country skier? In the municipality Ramsau am Dachstein, there are 220 kilometres of trails for cross-country enthusiasts. Alternatively, you can go snowshoeing<\/a> past beautiful snowy landscapes.
